One address, read by a person. There is no ticket system to navigate and no bot in front of it.
Getting in touch
Email support@tinylantern.app. If something went wrong, it helps to include the phone and its Android version, what you tapped, and what happened instead of what you expected.
Never send a password. Nobody here can read yours, and nobody will ever ask for it.
Known gaps
Inklingly is still being built. These are the things people notice first, and each of them is a thing that is genuinely not there rather than a thing that is broken.
Nothing can be bought. An account is given 3 Pages once, and when they are gone there is currently no way to get more. Packs of Pages and the Inklingly+ subscription are both still to come.
It is not on any app store. There is nothing to download and no waiting list to join.
It needs a connection. The drawing happens on a server, so making a page needs internet. Once a printable is on your phone it is an ordinary file and needs nothing.
If you cannot sign in
Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and put in your email address. You get a link; opening it on the phone the app is installed on takes you straight to a screen where you choose a new password.
The link works once and expires, so if it has been sitting in your inbox a while, ask for a new one rather than retrying the old one. The app tells you which of those two happened.
The address is answered the same way whether or not it has an account, so nothing is given away about who is registered — which also means “no mail arrived” can mean you signed up with a different address.
If the sign-up email never arrived
Signing up needs the address confirmed, so nothing works until that mail is opened. Check the spam folder first, then use the app’s option to send it again.
If it still does not arrive, write to support@tinylantern.app from the address you are trying to use, and say so.
If a drawing fails or is refused
You are not charged. A failure of any kind — a timeout, an error on our side, or the model declining the request — puts the Page straight back. That is how spending is built rather than something to ask for.
A refusal means the model would not draw what was asked for. Rewording usually fixes it; if the same reasonable request is refused repeatedly, that is worth an email, because it is the kind of thing that gets improved for everybody at once.
A page that failed still appears in your library with an honest status on it, so a failure is something you can see rather than something that quietly disappears.
If the page is not what you pictured
Previews are free today, so trying again costs nothing. The things worth changing, in order: what you asked for in words, then how much should be on the page, then who it is for — that last one is what changes how thick the lines are.
For a photograph, the choice between just the subject and the whole scene makes the biggest difference. A busy background is the usual reason a photo page comes out cluttered.
If a page you published has not appeared
Publishing puts a page in front of other people, so it is checked before it shows up in Discover rather than afterwards. That is usually immediate and occasionally not.
If a page was removed, it is about the page and not a judgement about you, and you can ask why — the Terms list what may not be published. If you simply changed your mind, unpublish it: it leaves Discover at once and its public copy is deleted with it.
Unpublishing does not undo an unlock. Somebody who already spent a Page to unlock your printable keeps it, and the credit you earned stays yours. Closing your account is the case that works the other way round, and the deletion page explains it.
Deleting your account, or your data
There is a button in the app, and it is immediate. Profile, then Delete account. The account-deletion page is the whole of it: how to ask, what goes, what is kept and how long it takes. The privacy page says what is held in the first place.
Which phones it runs on
It is being built for Android first. There is no iPhone version and no web version, and it is not on any app store yet.
